Bishop Amat SIS
bishopamat.net
The student information system for a Catholic high school in Los Angeles County: gradebook, faculty portal, parent access, scheduling, and more. Used every school day by students, teachers, and families.
ScreenText, a software studio in Los Angeles
That taught me something most developers never learn: what it feels like when software refuses to work for you. Every app I have built since is built so that never happens to somebody else. Fast, plain, and usable by everyone.
Here is what I have made.
The Apps
Every one of these is deployed and running right now. Real databases, real accounts, real users. Not mockups.
Flagship
A compliance audit platform for ADA and California Unruh Act accessibility. Scan a website, get a findings report you can hand straight to your lawyer, and keep monitoring so problems do not come back.

prayers.network
A community platform for sharing and following prayer requests, with member accounts, email notifications, and a written blog.
laservices.org
A searchable directory of Los Angeles services, with location data, listing pages, an admin dashboard, and built in visitor analytics.
wheely.screentext.net
A decision wheel and random name picker that saves your lists. Teachers, streamers, and meeting hosts spin it instead of arguing about who goes next.
burtlao.com
My own story, and a working demonstration of what I mean by accessible. The page reads itself out loud, has an Easy Read mode, and stays calm and still by default.
aioverviews.org
Direct, verified, structured answers instead of SEO bloated search results. In progress.

How I Build
Not audited in afterward, when it is expensive and half of it never gets fixed. Labels, focus, contrast, and keyboard support go in as the code is written. That is the only way it actually holds.
No framework churn, no ten second load, no interface that hides what it does. If a person has to think hard about how to use it, I built it wrong.
Every app on this page is deployed, running, and reachable right now. I would rather finish a small thing than describe a big one.
Work With Me
I take on a small number of client projects: business tools, client portals, school systems, custom databases, and accessibility fixes on software you already own. Tell me where to reach you and I will reply within one business day.
